If you've never heard of Acrobatic Archery, then you're not alone. Thankfully gymnast Shannen Michaela has perfected the craft.

Having shot archery as an adolescent, I can honestly say it's not fun. It's tedious and difficult, and mentally draining. That being said, I wasn't doing a handstand on pillars, pulling back the bowstring with my toes, or using a flaming arrow. Let alone shooting an absolute bullseye.

Shannen holds the Guinness World Record for longest foot archery shot at 18.27 meters. Impressive is an understatement.
